GEOG 4700 - Global Environmental Change
(3 Lecture Hours 0 Lab Hours 3 Credit Hours)
This is an advanced course on the evidence for, and theories of, environmental variability over time. Students will become familiar with environmental change before and since the Indus-trial Revolution. Attention will be paid to natural environmental mechanisms and the human activities of industrial societies which modify them.
