UWG Douglasville

The University System of Georgia in collaboration with the University of West Georgia and Georgia Highlands College endeavor to provide affordable access to targeted 4-year academic degree and professional programs for Douglas County students and residents. As a result of this effort, UWG and Georgia Highlands College launched their first 2+2 program in Douglasville in Fall 2018, a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Additional programs that align with regional, professional, and workforce needs are under development.
